🐶 Meet Groot – A Brave Survivor Ready for His Second Chance

Oh, our sweet Groot. This gentle soul came from a heartbreaking situation—tied to a doghouse in a backyard, knowing nothing but neglect and suffering. Due to severe trauma and abuse, Groot needs major surgery on three of his four legs. We are currently fundraising to cover this extensive and costly procedure so he can finally live the pain-free life he deserves.

Despite everything he’s been through, Groot’s spirit shines. He’s a friendly, easygoing boy who gets along well with other dogs, would likely do fine with cats, and is great with children old enough to handle him gently. He’s kennel trained, incredibly sweet, and just wants to be loved.

We are looking for a foster-to-adopt home where Groot can heal and feel safe during his recovery. Once his surgery is complete, he’ll be able to enjoy walks, playtime, and a long, happy life. Groot is only about 3 years old, and his best years are still ahead of him.
